This app mainly includes two modules: work order management: customers contact fdbatt with problems related to using fdbatt products (such as energy storage power stations) or we plan to contact customers to provide proactive customer service. Such information needs to be archived in the form of after-sales service work orders, and internal collaboration and external interaction are carried out through online means to form an integrated presentation of management, processes, and data. Spare parts management: In the offline after-sales business of products sold by fdbatt batteries, the standardized management of material in-and-out of storage during the use of spare parts ensures the accuracy of inventory data. Internal collaboration and external interaction are carried out through online means to form an integrated presentation of management, processes, and data. Mainly includes the following scenarios: 1. When customers purchase products, on-site maintenance engineers find that spare parts are damaged during the troubleshooting process and need to be replaced with materials from the spare parts reserved on the project site. 2. During the warranty period, if the product fails, after troubleshooting by maintenance engineers, the repair cost is high and replacement is needed. 3. Customers purchase single spare parts directly from the fdbatt side based on actual needs, rather than finished products. 4. In daily after-sales business, natural losses or old parts losses need to be centrally processed and records kept for standardized management. 5. When spare parts are insufficient, material transfers between warehouses of the same level and requests for supplementary spare parts from superior warehouses occur.
